So a group class and personalised class differes with how much a personalised feedback you are needing from the teacher.
unfortunately most of us are not natural movement and fitness experts we need an expert guidancewho will address your weakness and guide you with juist right cues to achieve the way of fine tuning in your body.
a private lesson with good teacher will gaurantee you will be working together in a constructive manner to achieve your goals.
on other hand a small group class offers an alternative compromise, whrre you get social interaction, and the group dynamics,
a skilled teacher will have eyes on all the students and correct you to keep you on your way to your goals. Then there is about the cost.
Expertise has a price. All experts be it doctors lawyers consultants, their time needs to be compensated as does the pilates coach,in a group class the expertise and price is spread out over the group-you share the cost nd the attention and personalisation.
in private lesson you pay for the continous attention.
A private would seem more expensive in absolute terms but more efficient in relative terms.
so come and meet us. May be group class are fine for you. may be you need a combination of privates and group classes.

The trapeze table also known as Cadillac is based on the first piece of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. When Pilates was working in an Army hospital in Britain in World War1, he attached a spring to the metal frame of the bed and created an exercise machine for his patients. As the concept developed he added a full frame around the table and several spring attachment points to provide varying angles of resistance for a wide range of exercises. The trapeze and towers are versatile piece of equipment that can be used to by participants of all levels.
They are especially useful for teaching the principles of Pilates to new or injured participant and for adding athletic full bodied exercises for experienced participants. They can be used with reformer or chair or on alone for a complete workout.

It is a simple piece of equipment consisting of a seat and a hinged foot pedal with springs attached to it. One can sit, lay or stand on the chair or on the floor and push the pedal with hands or feet. There are over 25 different exercise categories on the chair, focusing on core strength, leg strength, shoulder girdle stability, mobility and strength and functional movements such as standing climbing pushing and lifting.
